Customer service was okay overall. It took a couple of days to hear back, which reminded me of when I used to have to wait on my old cable provider to get back to me. They did end up helping me with what I needed, so I can’t complain too much, but I do think the response time could be better.

My order from howlerbros.com was mostly right, but one of the shirts showed up in the wrong color and I swear I stared at it like the whole universe had betrayed me. The size was fine and everything else in the order was correct, so it wasn’t some total catastrophe, even though in the moment I definitely acted like it was. Customer service did get it sorted out, but it took a little longer than I hoped. Overall, not a terrible experience at all, I just wish they’d double-check orders a bit better before shipping them out.

"Soft shirt that actually holds up"
I picked up a shirt from Howler Bros and the fabric was the first thing I noticed. It’s soft right away, not scratchy at all, and it has that already-broken-in feel without seeming flimsy or cheap.
I’ve worn and washed it a few times now and it still feels good, so no complaints there. I’m always a little wary of brands’ customer service claims in case something goes wrong, but luckily I haven’t had to deal with that. As far as the shirt itself goes, it’s comfortable for everyday wear and I’d probably buy another.

"Solid quality and worth the price"
I picked up a couple of shirts and a hat from Howler Bros, and I’m happy with them. The fit is good, the material feels sturdy, and everything has held up fine after washing. They’re not the cheapest option out there, but I think most customers would feel like the quality matches the price. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Still holding up really well"
I’ve worn this a ton, like definitely not being careful with it, and it still looks good somehow. It’s been through regular use, random errands, a few rough days, and yeah, still holding up great. Happy with it.

"Color Was Way Off"
I ordered this shirt because it looked like a soft, faded blue in the photos, which was exactly what I wanted. But when it showed up, it was way darker and had this almost greenish tint to it. How does that even happen when the product photos look so different?

The fit was actually fine, so that wasn’t the issue at all. But I bought it for the color, and if the color isn’t even close, what’s the point? Frustrating to have to deal with a return over something like this.

"Fun outdoorsy vibe, but worth browsing around first"
I like the overall look of the site, it has that cool outdoorsy feel and some of the designs are fun. That said, a few pages felt a little cluttered to me, so it took a bit more clicking around than I expected. The product styles are kind of hit or miss depending on your taste, so my advice would be to browse a few sections before deciding. There are definitely some good finds if the vibe matches what you’re into.

"Package showed up in rough shape"
I ordered a shirt and a hat, the packaging was NOT great. It came in this thin mailer with basically no protection, and the whole thing looked like it had already been through a lot before it even got to me.

The bag was ripped on one side, and the hat was bent up from being smashed in there. For what I paid, I really expected better than that. It just felt kind of careless.

The items themselves were okay-ish, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the packing really ruined the experience. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously fix how they ship stuff.

"Honestly feels like the real thing"
I was actually surprised by how genuine this feels. It doesn’t have that fake or overly polished vibe that some products have, where you can immediately tell something is off. This one just comes across as real and natural, which is what I was hoping for. Nothing about it feels forced, cheap, or like it’s trying too hard.

I picked up a shirt and a pair of shorts from Howler Bros, and overall I’m happy with them. The stuff feels good, and I liked that they seem to be using more recycled and organic materials without going overboard on packaging. That said, I always get a little hesitant spending money on brands when I can’t clearly see details about where things are made or how workers are paid. I don’t want to feel like I missed something important after the fact. Seems like they’re making a solid effort, but I’d feel better about buying again if they were more transparent

"Shipping was okay"
I ordered some stuff from Howler Bros and everything showed up fine, but the shipping was slow compared to what I’m used to from other shops. Not a huge deal or anything, just took longer than I expected.

"Honestly, solid shirts"
I wasn’t expecting much and was ready to ask for an apology if they didn’t hold up, but these shirts surprised me. The material feels tough without being stiff, they’re comfortable to wear, and they still look good after a few washes.

Well... I accidentally ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange it, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. The return instructions were clear, and my new size showed up quickly. No annoying back and forth, no stress. i really appreciated how simple they made the whole thing

The site was okay overall. I was able to get through it without too much trouble, but it felt a little clunky in a few spots. To be fair, part of that might’ve been me not paying close enough attention, but I still think it could be smoother.

"Sizing worked out just right"
I grabbed a shirt and a pair of shorts from Howler Bros and the fit was about what I was hoping for. I usually wear a medium, so I stuck with that, and it landed in that nice middle spot... not too snug, not swimming in it either. The shorts were a good length too, which I appreciate because some brands go way too long. Their size chart felt accurate, and that’s always a relief since dealing with returns is just... not my favorite thing

"Really comfy shirts"
These shirts are super comfy, like seriously comfy. They feel great all day, and I never feel like I need to change out of them
